How to take
Take one tablet daily with water, ideally with a meal.
Format: Tablet. 10mm round, film-coated, easy-swallow tablet.
Warnings

Do not take more than 10mg of vitamin B6 a day unless advised by a doctor. Riboflavin may colour urine bright yellow; this is harmless. Biotin can interfere with some laboratory tests: tell your doctor you take biotin before any blood test. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Reseal after use.
